Urvashi Kadam
Managing Partner
Managing Partner of TRC leads the bespoke communications practice. Working in close collaboration with companies from diverse industry and service verticals, Urvashi guides clients to challenge conventional thinking through adopting communications strategies that reflect and respond to the demands of the evolving media landscape.
Prior to establishing TRC, Urvashi was a Partner at Genesis Burson-Marsteller in India for over 7 years and CEO of Capital Images for 4 before that. She has worked in the region for over 15 years with a leading media company and held the position of General Manager at Motivate for 8 years heading HR & Administration.
Urvashi holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies from the prestigious Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies where she specialised in Marketing and Finance. Her Bachelor’s degree from Xavier’s College, Mumbai was in Economics and Statistics.
She has had success in facilitating ground-breaking work for a wide range of clients: large companies, SMEs, start-ups and industry associations. She was a visiting faculty member at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and Symbiosis Institute of Mass Communications where she structured and delivered modules in Corporate Communications and Public Relations for their post-graduate programmes.
Ashish Limaye
Associate Partner
Associate Partner at TRC brings to the practice a wide network of connections developed over more than 20 years in the UAE media industry during which he has worked with Corporate Clients and Retail Clients to develop communications across multiple platforms.
Ashish has tie-ups with media in India, UK and Singapore that offer unique opportunities to our clients. He has been managing his own media business since 2011. He was General Manager – Special Projects over a 15-year career at Motivate and is Managing Director of World of Media for the past 5 years.
Ashish earned his Master’s degree in Management Studies from IMDR in 1991, specialising in Marketing and a Diploma in Finance Management from Symbiosis in 1992. His Bachelor’s degree from S. P College, Pune was in Commerce.
Ritu Kartha
Associate Partner
Ritu is TRC’s Client Servicing Associate. After 6 years in the media, Ritu branched out into community events becoming an active member of associations espousing various causes related to health and environment.
An MBA Finance from Southeastern University and a Mensa scholar with diplomas in Naturotherapy and Sustainability & Environment, Ritu adds value with media relations complemented by other innovative communication platforms.
